Together with customers we have developed the digital tool, BC Light. It is an integrated tool for business cases, benefit realization and portfolio management and contains all necessary features to build and follow up on business cases. In a uniformed structure BC Light contains project data, benefits, costs, roles and responsibilities, risk- and sensitivity analysis, benefit realization plan and portfolio overview. All key information is presented in one front page.
